  • About Warranty

    Warranty Notice:

    1. Support the national 2-year warranty
    2. The guarantee (free repair) of DLUS products during the warranty period will be implemented from the date of purchase
    3. Please contact DLUS official customer service to apply for warranty. Please show the Warranty Certificate, the purchase time and relevant certificates and then we can start to repair
    4. If you lose the invoice or relevant Warranty Certificate, please consult Online Customer Service.

    Files required for warranty:

    1. Purchase Invoice
    2. Valid Transaction Records
    3. Warranty Card (In the manual)

  • About Returns and Exchanges

    7 days no reason to return and exchange:

    Within 7 days after the user purchases the product (counting from the date of receipt), the product (including packaging and accessories) is guaranteed to be in good condition and does not affect secondary sales, and the product can be returned and exchanged without reason.

    Quality problems within 7 days:

    After the after-sales service agency detects that there are quality problems in the product, it will be replaced and repaired and the return freight of the product will be borne by the manufacturer.

    Non-quality problems within 7 days, return and exchange requirements are accepted:

    1. The packaging of the product has not been damaged (the product and accessories in the package are intact and will not affect secondary sales)
    2. Invoices and gifts will be returned together

  • Invoices Service

    Ordinary Invoice:

    Ordinary invoices are issued for individuals and corporate users who do not qualify as general taxpayers

    VAT Special Invoice:

    If you need to issue a value-added tax invoice, please contact the Online Customer Service to ask for an invoice after confirming receipt

    Information required for value-added tax invoice:

    1. Copy of Tax Registration Certificate and General Taxpayer Qualification Certificate
    2. Detailed billing information of the company: invoice title, company name, bank, account address, telephone number, and taxpayer identification number.
    3. The detailed delivery address, telephone number and recipient of the invoice
